Today when Dreambiz stands at the third year of its incorporation, we are proud to have acquired agencies of various reputed institutions like the NSDL ,E MUDRA and the UTI. We also facilitate online services essential for customers in their day-to-day life. They are being offered through franchises under the brand of E-Mitra seva kendra. This is one of the firm’s ambitious projects which is now underway, venturing in to 800+ franchises all over Kerala. Our goal was to achieve E-Mitra franchises within every 2km under various panchayaths which we are proud that it is being accomplished.
Dreambiz business solution is proud that E- Mitra Seva Kendra can also reach the public via a user-friendly mobile application which is hosted in the google play store. This makes it easy for the public to access its services within their finger tips and use them in a hassle-free manner. The application stipulates all the services that is offered by E-mitra seva kendra and also lists the franchise locations across the state. The user can search the franchise and capture the contact details at the respective location. The application is also enabled to provide notification when a new service is enrolled in the application.
Our franchise partners are efficiently supported by various methods such as the learning platform called Learn Mitra. Through Learn Mitra, the franchise partners are provided with the opportunity to learn and familiarize with new services as and when it commences. We also provide support for their promotional activities so that their respective franchise do well within no time.
